Operator, coach and writer — working where people, systems and delivery meet.
A decade in the engine room of fast-moving fintech and tech: programme management, engineering leadership, agile coaching and operations. I care most about the people running the systems.
I've spent my career in the engine room of fast-moving companies — programme management, engineering leadership, agile coaching, and running operations across customer, payments, risk and compliance. Complex, cross-functional, people-heavy work.
What I kept noticing is that the real bottleneck is rarely the process. It's whether people feel safe enough to think clearly, own their work, and grow. So that's where I put a lot of my energy.
My approach is human-first: presence over pressure, questions over answers, and multiplying other people's capacity rather than making them depend on me. The way I see it, the job is to leave people more capable — and more themselves — than you found them.

Where the technical foundations were laid, early in my career.
Delivery and technology, operations and growth, finance and procurement, and leadership — four areas that usually live in different people.
Alongside the day job, I take on a small amount of coaching and advisory work. Two ways that usually looks:
For leaders, directors and founders who want to lead from a steadier, fuller place. Space to think out loud, get honest, and find your own next move — I won't hand you the answer, I'll help you reach it.
A practical and thinking partner for transformation, leadership and culture. I embed with your people, ask the questions that actually matter, and help the change land in the day-to-day — not just the deck.
